Only exchanges are accepted and earrings are final sale.

To process an exchange, you have 5 days after the product is received to get in contact with us. Please write us an email with your name, order number, reason and photos of the pieces that you wish to exchange and we will get in contact with you in 1-3 business days.

We are not responsible for allergies caused by the products.

Every order will be processed between 1-3 business days and tracking number will be sent once the package is shipped. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges again and proving the correct address to be able to resend the package.

We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail since it is not in our hands. Please contact USPS for further assistance.
